When you submit a consultation request or contact form on our website, we collect the following personal data:

• Benmac team - receives your consultation details via email to process your inquiry
• Google Cloud (Firestore) - your request is stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore for record-keeping
• Resend - used to deliver confirmation and notification emails
• Google (reCAPTCHA v3) - used for spam and abuse prevention; processes your IP address and browser behavior

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

Some of the third-party services we use are based outside of Jamaica:

• Google Cloud (Firestore) - data may be stored in Google Cloud data centers located in the United States
• Resend - email delivery infrastructure based in the United States
• Google reCAPTCHA - processes data on Google servers, which may be located outside Jamaica

These providers maintain industry-standard security certifications and data protection practices. We ensure that all third-party providers implement appropriate safeguards and data protection measures in line with applicable laws. By submitting a consultation form, you acknowledge and consent to this transfer.

We retain your consultation request data for a period of 24 months from the date of submission. After this period, your personal data will be securely deleted from our systems.

You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@benmacent.com.

Under the Jamaica Data Protection Act, 2020, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access - you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to correction - you may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data
• Right to deletion - you may request that we delete your personal data, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations requiring us to retain certain records
